Our program concentration areas are the Northern and Western Uganda regions of Oyam and Kasese and their surroundings respectively.
Our mission is to transform livelihoods of the smallholder farmers through organic certified production of the internationally sought nutritional foods.

We provide both production and post-harvest technology that help the farmers reduce losses and maximize their incomes.
We go beyond buying and selling and guide farmers in social improvement programs such as Financial literacy and modern financial services inclusion.
We have partnered with financial institutions such as Stanbic Bank to support include the smallholders’ farmers into modern financial services and develop a culture of savings and banking.
Higher incomes from the sales of chia seeds ( more than twice the income from the closest second crop earner)

Free advice to farmers on alternative village business and personal development such as housing and sanitation.
Certified organic farming is mainly about environmental care and protection.
We train farmers on the protection of water catchment areas, and non-use of chemicals.
Organic farmers are not allowed to cut trees at their gardens and are instead encouraged to plant more trees.
We provide our farmers with tarpaulins for harvesting to mitigate the risk of contamination.
We provide threshing equipment and threshing services to ensure that the chia seeds are of good quality hygienically.
We rent appropriate stores for the farmers produce storage at every village where the seeds storage is monitored for moisture and quality management.
We have field officers employed to support the farmers and provide advice on production and quality management.
To transform the livelihoods of the marginalized communities in the areas we have identified as most desiring our support.
We desire to see the families enjoy good housing, good health and good education for their children.
To see that all the farmers, we work with the transform from the past less than $ per day through to at least $5 and engage in rural investment through increased savings.
Our future plans are to grow the organic farmers’ participation in the transformation programs from the current 3,800 organic farmers to 25,000 certified organic farmers by the year 2022, producing 50,000tonnes of organic produce for export markets.
To increase the farmers’ participation in the additional export-oriented organic value chain for additional crops to mitigate global price fluctuations. ( From the current 3 nutritional crops of Chia, Soya, and Amaranth to at least 5 crops) in the next 3 years.
